Yes. Community Building Group is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. You'll receive a receipt for tax purposes with every donation.
Yes — partners can fund and name a specific borehole, catchment basin, irrigation project or solar installation.
Each borehole uses a solar pumping system with a smart controller. When water in the storage tank drops below a set level, the controller automatically switches the pump on to refill it — no fuel, no generator, no one needed to operate it.
Every project is handed over to a trained local water committee or technician, along with a maintenance fund, so the community owns and runs it long after CBG's initial work is done.
